Implementation of the economic Observatory for dairy farms with strong quality management requirements (2013 – 2016)

• Presentation of key economic indicators for dairy farms in the Savoy area. Production of statistics twice a year developed from the accounting data and analytics of dairy farms Savoy and Haute-Savoie.
• Forecast for a one year time frame built around specific indicators of the chains Savoy and National statistics.
• Analysis based on our expertise in regard to these indicators for a better understanding of margins for each of  the companies involved in this process.
